Shipping Policy

Once payment is completed, customers can expect to receive their shoes within 5 to 7 working days after payment. 

For domestic orders in Hong Kong, we deliver via SF Locker service:

• Orders of two or more pairs qualify for free SF Locker shipping.
• Orders of one pair will incur a HK$16 shipping fee.

Once the SF locker service arranged by us, you will be sent a shipment confirmation email containing all the necessary tracking information.

For Malaysia Orders

We ship to Malaysia via our logistics partner. Customers can expect to receive their shoes within 3 to 7 working days.

• Orders of two or more pairs qualify for free shipping.
• A RM10.00 shipping fee applies to orders of one pair.
