Refund Policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges within 5 working days for domestic orders and international orders from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only available for sizing issues or manufacturer defects and can be made once per order.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Poppin’ Things reserves the right to reject any returns that show signs of wear, damage, or modification at our discretion.
How to Request an Exchange
Before returning your item, please contact us via email at contact.poppinthings@gmail.com or through our Facebook Inbox with the following details:
- Your Name (as per the order ID)
- Your Email Address
- Order ID
- Reason for Exchange
- Photo of the incorrect or defective item (if applicable)
- Requested Size (if exchanging due to sizing issues)
Once your exchange request is approved, we will notify you when the replacement shoes are ready and arrange the exchange accordingly.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, for both domestic (Hong Kong) and international orders.
